SHIPPING POLICY

For our webshop, we are currently offering European Union-wide deliveries.

 

As we roast all your coffees per order, the shipping time of your purchase depends on our next roast day. We ship webshop orders once per week, and all orders made by Monday 10.00  will ship at the latest on Wednesday.

All orders coming in after that will be shipped the week later.

Orders under 25€ : 4,90€

Orders 25€-50€ : 2,90€

Orders over 50€: free delivery

RETURN POLICY

If after your purchase you for some reason decide not to want the product anymore you have the right to return the item/items you have bought within 14 days of purchase (unless the item is clearly personalized). 

Informing us and sending back the product


If you wish to return something you have bought from our online shop, you must simply let us know via email that you wish to cancel the purchase within 14 days of purchase.

We will then provide you with a model withdrawal form, but filling this isn’t necessary. Informing us and sending back the product may happen at the same time but you have another 14 days to return the product after you have informed us of the cancellation.

 

Shipping fees and return fees
After we receive your returned items we will then refund your money asap (but at the latest within 14 days). The refund will include any shipping fees you have paid when the purchase was made unless we have made a special arrangement for shipping as per your wish. The shipping of the canceled items (unless they are somehow flawed) will happen at your expense.
