It's time to bring in the new Ethiopian harvest. For this year, we have two different processing methods from Khalid Shifa, our long-term partner from Ethiopia. We have worked with Khalid since one of our trips to Ethiopia in 2020, and are always looking forward having his coffees back on our menu.
