‘Work in Progress’ are excellent coffees looking for their perfect roast profile to reach their full potential. These are the first roasts of a new coffee making its way on our menu. Great for tasty brews at home or at the workplace.
As we introduce new coffees to our menu, we need to perfect the roasting profile for each individually. This means that most often, there are one or two batches that we like a lot but are not completely in love with. These are the ones that we pack in Trial Bags.
