Populus Shanghai edition of a very special Geisha lot by our friend Benjamin Paz from Honduras and his Cup of Excellence-winning farm, La Salsa. This is the farm and variety that brought him the win in 2022 and 2024.
 
We have worked with Benjamin ever since we started back in 2016. We met him the first time in 2014 on our life-changing trip to Honduras and Guatemala, where the idea of Populus was born. All our Honduran coffee comes through his Beneficio San Vicente.
 
This coffee has been roasted in our Shanghai roastery, and a majority of this lot is available only there. Ellie, our head roaster, participated in the Lujiazui coffee festival and brought home a couple of boxes of 45g each for you.
