Brammibal's House Blend is created in close collaboration with Brammibal's to present a balanced, sweet, and well-structured espresso that works as a stand-alone espresso as well as with Oatly, and of course, offers a perfect match to their amazing Donuts. 
 
Like all Populus coffees and Brammibal's products, this blend has been cultivated with a focus on economically and ecologically sustainable farming practices. The coffees in the blend change seasonally to ensure freshness, but the cup profile carries the same delicious characteristics.
 
Espresso:
Sweet and strong-bodied espresso with balanced acidity, a chocolatey finish, and notes of stone fruits. 
 
Cappuccino:
Creamy, balanced, and sweet cappuccino with dried cherries and nougat.

This community blend comes to us through one of our longest-standing relationships, with Benjamin Paz from Beneficio San Vicente in the Santa Barbara region of Honduras. Populus has been working with San Vicente ever since the beginning, just like with Brammibal's Donuts.
