Benjamin is a celebrity of the Honduran specialty coffee market everywhere. Known for the amazing coffees he produces, the awards he has won for those coffees and for his work at the San Vicente micro mill, one of the world’s most highly esteemed sources of specialty coffee. His vast expertise and and commitment to the farmers has elevated the company to new levels as he connects roasters and producers in mutually beneficial long-term partnerships.
His coffees are highly sought after, especially from his award-winning farm, La Salsa. The farm sits at around 1650 meters above sea level on the steep hills of the Santa Barbara mountain range overlooking the lake Yoyoa. This area is known for its complex flavor profiles and high-quality coffees.
